SUPER SATURDAYS WORKSHOPS:

"Fluid Floor-work" :: 10am to Noon
Fluid floor-work begins with a strong body and a strong technique. Class will start with a strength bulding workout, using floor-work moves and exercises. You will learn several combinations that can be incorporated into both solo or duet choreographies. Bring kneepads, they are not for sissies... Seriously, bring kneepads!

"Spanish Fusion" :: 12:30pm - 2:30pm
A passionate union of Bellydance Isolations, Spanish Kicks and Spins with attitude and flair, make up this fun and fast-paced class... You will learn unique and exciting combos that fit easily into any choreography to spice things up up for your next performance!

Pre-register for workshops:
$30 each or both for $55
